The Slow Food South Australia committee is excited to be hosting a series of low cost cooking demonstrations and workshops at the Box Factory Community Centre. These classes will help you to include the principles of good, clean and fair food in your own shopping, cooking and eating. The first class in the series is Fast, fresh and delicious on Thursday 12 April.

As we move into autumn, the markets are brimful of colourful produce bursting with flavour: tomatoes, zucchinis, capsicums and eggplants are all at their best – in flavour and price. In this class you will learn how to make the most of these seasonal ingredients, using minimal effort to transform them into deliciously healthy meals. At the end of the class we enjoy tasting samples of each dish.
