The historic Glen Ewin Estate in the Adelaide Hills
Set the scene for Slow Food South Australia's biennial Fignic with Willabrand Australia.
Here are some more photos from Slow Food South Australia committee member and executive chef at Down The Rabbit Hole Nick Tadija's cooking demonstration at the Willunga Farmers Market on the 5th April.
Nick’s demonstration of Charcoal Nomad Farms Chicken, deboned, with Salsa Verde and Lemon embraced the Slow Food ethos using ingredients from Willunga Farmers Market stallholders Nomad Farms chicken, Peninsula Providore olive oil and Herbivorous herbs.
It was terrific to have Enrico Sgarbossa on hand to assist Nick and hear both these Snail of Approval recipients speak about their dedicated involvement and passion for the #slowfoodmovement.
Slow Food South Australia committee members Tania and Delphine ran the Slow Food SA information stand and captured photos and video. Thank you to Myriah and the crew from Willunga Farmers Market for our warm welcome, we loved catching up with familiar faces as well as lots of new people and producers.
