Chefs' Alliance

The Chefs’ Alliance unites cooks, chefs and front of house specialists from every stage of their career, from apprentice to Executive Chef and from diverse backgrounds and cultures.


Those people in the industry who a share a commitment to preserving biodiversity, supporting small-scale producers will come together to educate consumers about fairer and more sustainable food systems.

In its early stages in South Australia, the Alliance will be a tool to assist likeminded chefs and hospitality workers to get out of the kitchen and dining room and into the world. Connections will be made, helping drive education and awareness of the Slow Food ethos and inspire young chefs to connect with producers and other chefs in an exciting networking and learning environment with special events and masterclasses.

We welcome interested chefs and food industry members, and we especially encourage students and apprentices, to join the SLOW FOOD SA CHEF’S ALLIANCE.
