- Go to members login page - CLICK HERE
- Click on ‘Forgot, or don't have a password?’
- Enter email address
- You will receive an email to set your password (you have only 1 hour to complete this process, so complete as soon as you receive email)
- Once you have set your password - login on members login page to view your Members Portal page and update any details
- Need unique emails - cannot have the same email address
- Primary member signs up for ‘Couple’ membership, through the signup process, they will then be able to add a 2nd member - add name and email ( unique email )
- Primary member is the owner of the membership effectively and the sub member has their own login
