A few highlights from our AGM last month
We said farewell to amazing committee members Bhavisha Keshwala, Delphine De'Salisbury and Nick Tadija, but welcomed new members Andy Wood and Julie Low as well as our first two Youth Ambassadors, Leo Sinclair and Cameron Petrousevics.
Alongside the formal agenda, we were delighted to welcome guest speakers Amanda Prance and Francesca Romeo, co-founders of Fair Seafood Pty Ltd, who shared their inspiring and eye-opening story of building a fair and sustainable seafood business in South Australia.
Another #snailofapproval recipient Ballycroft Vineyard and Cellars joined us for wine tastings and conversation about their sustainable property and winery practices.
We were also thrilled to welcome a new member to the Snail of Approval recognition program - congratulations to Frantic Whisk on receiving their certificate!
The evening was rounded off with delicious South Australian cheeses and sweet treats prepared by patisserie students. Thank you to Delphine for the lovely photos!
