A few weeks ago, committee member Rick presented one of our recent Snail of Approval recipients, Wiech's Barossa Valley Egg Noodles with their certificate at the Barossa Farmers Market!

For 90 years, Wiech’s has been crafting legendary noodles with passion, staying true to their heritage every step of the way. Using high quality 100% Australian ingredients, no additives or preservatives, and traditional methods handed down through generations, these noodles are a testament to quality and craftsmanship.

Their dedication to sustainability and tradition has earned them the #snailofapproval — a global recognition for producers, chefs, and food businesses who champion the Slow Food values of Good, Clean and Fair food for all.
