Our newest members of the Snail of Approval, Luis from Pasticcino

Was proudly presented with his certificate last week at one of his stockists, Tony & Mark's, by committee members Rosa & Tania.

Luis’ baking career began at age 15 and since then, has gained valuable culinary skills and experience in retail and industrial bakeries, pastry kitchens, chocolatiers, gelaterias and international hotel chains in Australia, the UK and Italy.

For over eight years, he has been dedicated to crafting artisan Panettone and Colomba di Pasqua with passion and deep respect for tradition, embracing the slow food values of promoting and sharing Good, Clean and Fair food for all.

Building this business has been a true labour of love for Luis, which is clearly evident in his dedication to quality ingredients, sustainability, authentic flavours, and delicious products!
